Who are we?
We are the European Garage Equipment Association (‘EGEA’), an international non-profit association incorporated under Belgian Law whose head office is at Boulevard de la Woluwé 42, in 1200 Woluwé-Saint-Lambert (Brussels) registered as Company N° 0883.057.910.
In this document references to ‘’We’’, ‘’Our’’ or “Us” are to EGEA and references to “You” or “Your” are to any user or visitor to EGEA’s website or on-line content and services.
This Policy explains when and why We collect personal information about people who visit our website and/or send us emails and/or have logged in to the member area; as well as how We keep that information secure, how We use it and the conditions under which We may disclose it to others.

We obtain information about You when You use Our web-site or when You communicate with Us, by whatever means, concerning Our services, when You subscribe to Our newsletter or when You login to the member’s area.
Young Persons: – You must be at least 16 years old to register on Our website.

Transferring your information outside of the EU
